 Olivier Martinez Won’t Face Charges For Threatening Paparazzo

Remember yesterday when I told you about Halle Berry’s boyfriend, Olivier Martinez allegedly threatening a paparazzo during a confrontation (you can see pictures of the confrontation in the thumbnails below)? And the paparazzo pressing charges?


Well, Radar Online reports the actor will not face charges over the incident.

The photographer, who was “surrounding Mr. Martinez’ car as he was backing up in the Mirabelle restaurant parking lot, alleged that Mr. Martinez attempted to hit him,”  LASD Sgt. Ruda tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“The paparazzo jumped out of the way of the vehicle and was not injured. No one was hit. No one went to jail. At the time of the incident, Ms. Berry was inside the restaurant. Everything is OK.”

It looks like Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have had ENOUGH of the paparazzi photographing them! They were spotted leaving a West Hollywood restaurant yesterday. Halle looks like she was annoyed but not enough to dim her mood.


However, it looks like that wasn’t the case for Olivier. As you can see from some of the pictures below, he was photographed confronting a paparazzo. Wonder if the photographer said something to set him off?

E! News reports that the photographer filed a police report, alleging that Olivier threated him. Oops.
