Rihanna
Rihanna has a cluster of stars that snaked down her back alongside a giant letter "R." She also has a tribal design along her right hand and above her right breast, written backwards so she can read it in the mirror, are the words "Never a failure, only a lesson."
Tila Tequila
Tila Tequila has a few tattoos, including the flying heart with an eighth note, and guns crossed underneath it. On her other shoulder is a heart surrounded by stitching with the words "C'est la Vie!," which is French for "Such is life."
Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett Johansson has this sunrise tattoo on her left forearm. Interestingly the colorful tat was done completely without the color black, and ScarJo has said that looking at it on her arm makes her happy.
Mena Suvari 
Mena Suvari has a lion's head tattooed on the back of her neck above the words "Word Sound Power."
Katie Price
Katie Price's wrist tattoo is a tribute to "Princess" (her daughter) and "Pete" (now ex-husband Peter Andre). Instead of getting Pete removed from the tat, Katie just had his name crossed out.
Nick Lachey
As a signal that he had moved on in 2003, Nick Lachey colored in the matching sun tattoo he got with his band that once read "98°".
Jaime King
Pearl Harbor actress Jaime King has said her tattoos are souvenirs from her years of "teenage angst" and hates having to spend hours in makeup covering them up for film roles.
Amy Winehouse
Amy Winehouse has several tattoos, including "Blake's" over her heart for ex-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil. She also has a horseshoe and a topless girl on her left arm and a portrait that looks a lot like her on her right arm.
